After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from IPFW, Dr. Kinder attended the Indiana University School of Dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

In practice for over 40 years, Dr. Kinder is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and the Isaac Knapp District Dental Society. Dr. Kinder is also active in the community, volunteering monthly at Matthew 25.

Dr. Kinder and his wife, Mindy, have three children and two grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, cross-country skiing, competitive running, swimming, and landscaping.
